PSA Nitrogen generator
PSA nitrogen making device to clean the air as raw material, carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, by pressure swing adsorption principle in normal temperature down to obtain nitrogen equipment. According to the diffusion rate between the adsorption amount of oxygen, nitrogen in the air in the carbon molecular sieve and oxygen and nitrogen in carbon molecular sieve in different, by opening and closing the PLC controal program control valve, to achieve pressure adsorption, vacuum desorption precess, oxygen, itrogen separation to get nitrogen purity desired.

4. Air buffer tank: stores pure and dry air as raw material reserve for subsequent adsorption and separation of oxygen and nitrogen. 5. Adsorption tower: A&B adsorption towers can work alternately, regenerate adsorption, and filter out oxygen molecules by filling sodium type molecular sieves. 6. Oxygen&nitrogen analyzer: real-time monitoring and analysis of oxygen and nitrogen purity
7. Valves&Pipelines: Intelligent control valves achieve fully automatic operation of equipment, PLC control, SUS304 pipeline. 8. Oxygen&Nitrogen Buffer Tanks: Store oxygen and nitrogen with qualified purity
9. Pressure regulator: Adjust and stabilize the outlet pressure of oxygen and nitrogen (3-6 bar). 10. Dust filter: Remove dust caused by molecular sieves in oxygen and nitrogen
11. Check valve: prevents oxygen and nitrogen reflux
12. Turbocharger: an oxygen and nitrogen booster that boosts the pressure of oxygen and nitrogen to the filling pressure, usually 150 bar or 200 bar
